Purchase Confirmation Form – PLEASE READ!

During our recent NEW registration process, a few individuals apparently were forced to make an unwanted purchase to actually be able to register. This was definitely not our intention in anyway and we apologise for the issues. With new systems there is bound to be a glitch here and there and we are working hard to smooth out any issues our valued registrars may have experienced.

This form needs you to complete it in it’s entirety. Please confirm what you wanted to purchase and if you require a refund of any kind. As our clothing has different costs, if you wanted t-shirts or golf shirts, please select the size and quantity desired.

If you select more than what your previous invoice billed you, we will issue you an invoice for the balance.

If you select less than what your previous invoice billed you, we will refund the difference. Once we complete the transactions, refunds will show on your credit card in 5-7 days from that date.

THIS FORM IS ONLY TO RECTIFY PRODUCT ADD-ON PURCHASE ISSUES. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACTUAL CAR REGISTRATION!
