In-Kind Sponsorship
We are happy to accept in-kind sponsorship contributions such as goods or services that can support the event. Be sure to select “In Kind” on the sponsorship registration form and outline the product/services you are offering in support of our event. Your support is greatly appreciated and vital to the success of our event. We also provide all In-Kind Sponsorships with 2 Official Show T-Shirts.

Website Logos and Links on Website
Headliner, Platinum and Gold sponsors will have their logo on our website and linked to their website or social media page. All other sponsors (Silver, Nickel, Bronze, and Copper) will have their business / organizations name on the website and have it linked to their website or social media page.

All logos must be received by Peach City Beach Cruise in .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format; no exceptions along with the link you wish to have connected.

IMPORTANT: Website Logos & Links remain on the site from January – December, the year of the show you are sponsoring. IF you register as a sponsor in April, then your logo / link will remain on the site from the time we receive it from you till December.

You supply, mount, take down. Display location determined in conjunction with PCBC director.

Sponsors’ Names (subject to being received in time) will be:
– Printed on the volunteer T-Shirts
– Printed in the Show Booklet (22,000 copied distributed)
– Promoted on our website
– Printed in our Calendar

Headliner, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsorship:
– Promoted on advertising posters distributed throughout the Okanagan Valley
– Have their name associated with an award or trophy
